We usually ship the next day and often get early order shipments out the same day, depending on pickup times.

We have no means to clear credit or debit cards except through PayPal at this time.

SHIPPING INFO:

We do combine shipping for orders placed at the same time.

1. All shipments are sent via USPS First Class rate except International shipments which now require Priority Mail.(and Priority Mail rates), Canada is the only exception.  Sorry.

2. In the case of larger Canadian orders, if the order size causes the First Class rate to meet or exceed  Priority rates, you will automatically be upgraded to Priority Mail at no additional cost.

3. In some cases on eBay, and in every case using our PayPal cart, combined order shipping discounts may not be applied at checkout.  In this case you have two choices:
  A. We will automatically calculate the discounted rate and refund the difference you overpaid to your PayPal account within 24 hours of shipment. 
  B.  Alternatively, you can contact us by email with your order or from the eBay listings before payment to request an invoice from us via PayPal which will already have your combined shipping discount included.

In any case, you won't lose anything by paying for non-combined shipping because we will always refund the difference back to you.

If you order via Paypal directly, be sure to include information as to which kits and items you are ordering in the comment area. 
International shipments are shipped at $14 flat rate and are shipped once per week.  The day of shipment varies week to week.

Not all kits include (or require) Adhesion Promoter.  If you want that included for a kit that normally does not have it (see grid above) please contact us before or when you order.
The cost is $3 per application packet if sent with your Keeper Kit order..
